Chicago: The Reilly & Lee Co, circa 1940. Later reprint. Near fine in its original decorated orange cloth covered boards with black text and decorations on the spine and with a printed paper label on the front board which no wear or damage. An octavo of 9 by 6 3/4 with the cloth on the spine slightly faded and the cloth at the head and heel of the spine modestly crimped inward. The publisher's spine imprint is in "semi-script" as per Bienvenue. Without its issued dust jacket. 298 pages of text and illustrated throughout with black and white, line art full pages and numerous black and white vignettes by John R. Neill. A very bright and clean copy with no prior ownership markings of any kind. (Bienvenue, p.116)
