Forest green boards with the titles in gilt to the spine.A gilt motif with a decorative globe and the letters A.T.B. adorne the front.This well read little book shows modest shelf wear at the bottom of the boards and the edges are a little sunned and there is a couple of spots on the front epp. about 1/4 " in Diameter.One can almost smell that dog and hear him whimper.This is a fine old book with simply great dog stories.Every one should have a copy of this book.(Well dog lovers anyway). Reprinted 1946. Linen Hard Cover. Very Good. Illus. by Illustrated By Kurt Wiese in Full Colour and Line Drawings. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
