About This Item
Carnegie, along with Lord Percy Douglas, came to WA during the gold rushes of 1892. They were successful in opening up new fields, and Carnegie engaged in quite a bit of exploration. Makes for an exciting read, and has become a classic of WA exploration literature. This is a good reading copy.
This copy tight with unmarked text. Pages age-browned, cover sun-faded and scuffed, but still in good condition. Previous owner's inscription in pen on flyleaf. Photographs show actual book for sale.
