Engpapers darkened more than the interior pages,which are clean but lightly tanned. Title page, printed in red and black, has very minor soiling Gilt on top page edges is darkened with time. Olive cloth over boards has bumped corners with heavy wear at top of spine. Gilt lettering on spine is darkened but legible. Previous owner's name and date on front pastedown, and small bookstore stamp (Gotham Book Mart) glued to rear pastedown. ; 8.25" (18.5 cm) tall; 251 pages.
