London, 1688. First Edition . No Binding. Very Good. G. Freman. ORIGINAL ANTIQUE BIBLE PRINT ( etching- copperplate) depicting Luke the third of the four Evangelists. Luke appears writing the Gospel and is shown with his attribute - the ox. Size of the image incl. the caption: 20,5 x 33,5 cm. Size of the whole leaf: 27 x 42,5. The red frame lining around the image is the original printing. The etching is hand-colored. (Please ignore our name-tag on the photograph). Very good condition. Very decorative for framing.(Supplied with certificate of authenticity)
