Cloth loss at edge head and tail. Inner gutter cracked. Light butterfly water stain at gutter frontis and tp and some other pages within book. Interior very good outside of some newspaper stains. Last two pages pulled but present. World cat shows 1897 copyright date. No city of publication. Only one library near southern california
