New York: Random House, 1967. First Printing. 118 pp. Near Fine in an about VG+ unclipped dustjacket (light spine fading, rubbing, wear at extremities, including a small tear at top edge). Originally presented at the Plymouth Theatre in New York City on December 21, 1966 with Anthony Perkins, Richard Benjamin, and Connie Stevens. Simon died in August 2018.
