This book is incomplete. It has the following: Raygun, Klingon Cruiser, Tricorder, U.S.S. Enterprise and Captain Kirk. The missing ones as have been punched out but the pages are still in the book. These are missing: Phaser, Communicator, and the Universal Translator.
The back cover (lower left) is creased and is missing the blue outer layer revealing the white inner layer. The edges are dirty. The pages are clean. Please see the photos for details about the condition.
