About This Item
Toronto: Coles Canadiana Collection, 1973. Trade paperback, facsimile reprint of the 1898 William Briggs original, 381 pages including many black-and-white illustrations; very gently read, if at all, spine and covers flat and uncreased, tight in binding, strangely shaped patterns of fading to top and fore edges, appearing like pale faded liguid stains, previous owner's embossed stamp and date on first page, but otherwise the book is very clean and unmarked throughout, pages fresh and white, not a hint of staining. See also our listings for Peter Charlebois' Sternwheelers & Sidewheelers: The Romance of Steamdriven Paddleboats in Canada.. Soft Cover. Very Good +.
