Quarto, full navy blue leather with gilt title and gilt spine titles with raised bands. 591 pp. including index and list of U.S. Golf Records. This copy is a specially bound association copy to commemorate the 1980 Frank Fuhrer Senior Memorial Challenge Cup of 1980 featuriing national champion golf players from the pro tour. This specially bound book is blindstamped with a large insignia of the Pittsburgh Field Club in Fox Chapel where the challenge was played and "Frank Fuhrer Sr. Memorial Challenge Cup 1980" in gilt. In the lower right corner it is stamped in gilt as the personal copy of "Frank Fuhrer, Jr." who was the organizer and patron of the challenge. The spine has the title in gilt and decoration of a golf flag on a green. A beautifully bound and unique association copy of this classic golfing history. A tight, clean, bright, fresh volume with smooth gleaming dark blue leather and sparkling gilt titles and decorations. Pristine, bright white unmarked and unblemished interior. Some small compression marks to the leather on back panel, else fine. FINE. RARE..
