About This Item
New York: Frederick A. Stokes Company, 1904 The book is in good - condition. The cover is starting to come loose from the spine but the inside contents are solid. Blue cloth spine has an inch tear at the bottom.
Fading and scuff marks to the cover. Overall decent looking.

Lots of blue stamps to the front end papers and some of the inside back side blank pages (For Deposit Only).
Blue stamps (lots) also to the title page.

Lots of color illustrations.

A very strange book about a little girl who burns off her head and it is replaced by her parents with a black kettle with features drawn into place and held on by a sunbonnet parents seem to be happy with the results..
A rare book.
