Clean very tight pages with foxed/sunned but otherwise unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. 71pp. The Company was established by Mossley Aldermen going out and looking for work following the Wall Street Crash of 1929 and the subsequent loss of the cotton mill work in the town. They persuaded industrialists from Roubaix to bring the machinery over to Mossley and set up in the now empty mills as a wool combing and spinning firm. Published to celebrate the Golden Anniversay of the Company in 1982. Very scarce.. Soft Cover. Good. 9 x 6.75 inches.
