Back cover has some white stains and some scuffing. Both front and back inner hinges have been taped, possibly as reinforcement. On page opposite title page, a stamped name is at top. Pages have some tanning. Book is in fair condition. 173 pages, 1.2 lb.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 173 pages .
