As issued, in scarlet cloth with leather title label on the spine; illustrated throughout with photographic plates and in-text illustrations; additionaly photographic plates are collected in a section at the rear; folding map is present in front of the rear free endpaper. Light staining to the covers; spine sunned; previous owner name and address on the first blank; several of the leaves in the index are dog-eared at the bottom corner; largely a clean, bright copy of this history of the Rolling Rock Hunt at Ligonier south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania which was established on family land by Richard Beatty Mellon of the Pittsburgh Mellon family. Uncommon.
