About This Item

New York: Artemas Ward, 1916. [48]p. Half cloth, paper-covered boards. A good to very good copy, a small (about the size of a pea) light paint (?) spot is on the front cover, the fore-edges of the covers are slightly rubbed and slightly worn, the front paste-down endpaper is lacking, and the former owner's bold signature and date are on a preliminary page. The string is whole, as it should be, from the front of the book to the back and the pages are very clean. "A string runs through and connects all pages." (WorldCat).. First Edition. Hardcover. Good+. 5 3/4" x 8 3/4" (Oblong).
