New York: Lothrop, Lee & Shepard Co., Inc. Book. Illus. by Amalia Serkin. Fair. Hardcover (Pictorial Papercovered Boards). First Edition. 8vo up to 9½" tall. Yellow cloth boards with color illustration, similar dust jacket. Size: 8vo up to 9½" tall. Cute story very similar to the Rumplestiltskin fairy tale. 16 full color photographic plates using dolls designed and posed by Amalia Serking. Condition: Fair/Fair. Except for a couple tiny spots pages are clean and bright, unmarked, no tears, some light corner bends. Front free endpaper has been removed. Cover has some wear and chipping to edges and corners with some paper missing to spine ends. Hinges are weak but pages are secure. Dustacket intact with flaps, but has chunk missing from spine and top edge, worn, torn and tattered edges and some soiling. Hardcover 0 0 0.
