London: The Studio, 1919. Quarto. 36pp., Illustrations in color and in black and white situated near the end pages [91]-136. The topics include Designing of cottages and small houses; On Old English Cottages; On color in the Cottage; n Cottage Furniture and Notes on the illustrations. Bound in 3/4 calf over gray paper covered boards, raised bands, lettering and decorations in gilt, some chipping to spine ends, some finger soiling to boards, edges rubbed. A very nice copy.
