London: Macdonald, 1966. Ex libris. 366 pages. Chronicle of the jazz scene. Pages are white and clean. Foredges lightly soiled. Title page has library markings at the top and stamp at the bottom. Half title page has a small stain on both sides. Endpapers are white and clean other than old tape marks from a library cover. Green cloth with gilt title on spine. Edges lightly worn and corners bumped. Cover also shows old tape marks. Green dust jacket not price clipped. Edges worn. Small tear at bottom edge of upper cover. GOOD+/Good+. Hard Cover.
