McGraw-Hill, 1974-01-01. Unbound. Very Good. Signed McGraw-Hill hardcover w/ DJ, 1974 (it is a hardcover, NOT unbound, no matter what Amazon says). No print history, but McGraw-Hill didn't usually show print number until 1975; this book does not have a "First edition" notation, though, so it is a second or later printing. Book is Near Fine, w/ clean text, tight binding. DJ is VG, w/ light edgewear that's a little heavier at corners and a little heavier still at tail of spine panel. Signed and inscribed (to previous owner) by author on title page. Free delivery confirmation.
