New York: Horace Liveright, 1930. First edition. One of 525 numbered copies, signed by Davis on the limitation leaf and signed by Dreiser at the end of the foreword he wrote for this book. Folio. [10, preliminary matter and foreword] plus 20 full page illustrations by Davis with Dreiser excerpts on the opposing versos. Publisher's extended black cloth spine over boards of silver and gold, gilt lettering on cloth in front board, No slipcase although most of original acetate still present. Corners sharp and contents clean. A very good copy.
