Oxford University Press, 1992. Hardcover w/dust jacket. Used - near fine condition (dust jacket is very good condition). Book is clean and tight with light shelf wear. Bumping to all corners. Bumping at top of spine has wrinkled dust jacket. Dust jacket has a small tear at the upper fore edge corner of back cover. No markings on the inside of the book.
