Flat-signed by Furman on title page in blue ink, gift inscription first page, text tight clean and unmarked, no age toning or just a hint around edges, some shelf and edge wear on covers, no creases in spine, no slant, about an opera house in Leadville, Colorado and it's builder, stated 1st printing 1972.
