About This Item

FIRST EDITION in dust jacket. The book is about fine. The unclipped dust jacket has some minor chipping at the edges and minor paper loss along the front dust jacket flap fold and at the bottom edge of the rear panel - almost fine. A romance about a woman who wants to be an actress and settles for marriage and a studio job. See and Brooker. DeWolf was a prolific screenwriter for both film and TV. SILVER LODE has been considered by some an anti-Red Scare film.
