New York: Grosset and Dunlap. Very Good-. 1919. Hardcover. 120 p. 19 cm. Copyright date only. Sound and square binding in green, cloth-covered boards. Corners and edges have some wear and softening. Tiny tear to lower board. A few tiny stain spots, and light soil overall. Gift inscription dated 1928 on the front pastedown endpaper. Inside pages have occasional soil, but are generally clean and unmarked, with light toning. One title from the Sleepy-Time Tales; a series of animal stories written by Arthur Scott Bailey in the early 20th century. Includes four two-colour plates. Endpapers illustrated in colour. .
