Scribners, 1922. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. New York: Scribners, 1922. First edition, first issue. Green cloth with blind stamped title and author name to the front board. Gilt mostly faded on the spine, faint staining to the front board. There is a narrow strip of paper missing from the top of the second front endpaper (1/4" narrowing to 1/8" extending about 3/4 of the page). Otherwise a tight copy without foxing. A solid very good copy. Increasingly scarce.
