Binding tight, with very slight forward tilt, split in hinge paper only rear pastedown - top to bottom, no shakieness in hinges, fr e.p. & fly glued together 1/32" top to bottom along the hinge with very slight separation between fly and t.p. Pages unmarked, clean, and well-preserved. This is a true first edition, first printing (first impression) with "Published October 1910" to the copyright page. in original publisher's red cloth 5.2" x 7.75" boards..
