In dark green cloth covers with embossed gilt design of house on front cover ( still bright) and gilt lettering on spine ( good).Gilt top edge. Unmarked , clean endpapers and pages. Three illustrations with tissue cover. Bumping and rubbing of head and tail of spine. Moderately cracked front hinge. Two finger stains on front cover. Moderate shelf rubbing.. Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
