Internally there is some light foxing to closed edges and endpapers else clean and unmarked. Dustjacket is price clipped. First published in 1954 and reprinted by Barbara Woodhouse in 1970. 30 photographs. This is the autobiography of the well known dog trainer, full of affectionate tales and tips, and having trained over 17,000 dogs has earned her a place in the Guinness Book of Records. Born in an Irish public school where her father was headmaster, in the 1930's she spent four years breaking wild horses in the Argentine, where she learnt her famous breathing trick from a Guarani Indian.
