New York: The Office of Catholic Publications, 1889. Leather. Fair. 173p; xxviii; 566p; 128p. A thick hardcover book in POOR CONDITION. Leather spine is badly chipped and decorated cloth boards are weakly attached. Edges of spine crudely repaired with clear tape. Dents at top and bottom of front cover; all corners heavily rubbed. Pages toned and brittle with age. Plates in front are foxed. Occasional light stains in the pages, but otherwise, text unmarked. A fragile copy OFFERED AS-IS. Three works in one volume, illustrated with occasional engravings (one color plate in the front has been bound upside down).

Otherwise, text clean and binding tight. A very scarce study of canonical procedures to be followed by a bishop in the event of serious misconduct by a cleric.
