Furnivall. Article from Birmingham Weekly Post dated Feb 16 1884 is tipped in to the front endpaper titled ""Mr Furnvall asks the favour of your accepting this memoir, and giving a quarter of an hour to read it"". Language: English. Book Condition: Good: Soiling to edges and spine. Minor residue to front paste down. Cracked front endpaper. Minor spotting to some pages. DJ Condition: Na. Pages 16. BOOK RESUME: The memorial album for Mary Lilian 'Teena' Rochfort-Smith (September 22, 1861- September 4, 1883) a twenty-two-year-old who died when her dress caught fire while she was trying to burn some letters. The article pasted to the front page provides an account of Miss Teena Rochfort-Smiths life, her love for Shakespeare, her work for the new Shakespeare Society, her copying of rare books (some still held at the British Museum) and her meetings with Robert Browning.
