About This Item

E Rutherford, New Jersey, U.S.A.: Putnam Pub Group, 1995. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. This novel in the Tek series by Star Trek alum William Shatner centers upon one Jake Cardigan, who must solve the murder of an old friend from the days when the Tek drug had a hold on them both. Ex-library copy from Oceanside Public Library in California with library stickers on the spine and front free endpaper. There are stamps on the front free endpaper and the title and copyright pages. Bookplate on the rear pastedown endpaper. Stamp on the lower textblock edge. Otherwise the pages are fairly clean and bright with no other writing, marks, or underlining. Spine is remarkably tight and crisp, the corners are square, and the boards are flat and true. The boards may have some bumping and edge wear as well as some tape residue from the mylar cover it has retained from its circulation days. The dust jacket is not price-clipped ($21.95) and has been fairly protected with just some very minor edge wear. The dust jacket does bear two library stickers on the spine. This collectible, very good/very good, first edition/first printing copy is protected with an archival mylar dust jacket cover. Satisfaction guaranteed!
