This is a smaller style hardcover book with 199 pages including many photos and illustrations. The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. The pages are clean with no soiling, writing, or tears. The copyright page shows 1944 as the published date and the title page states Second Edition. This is definitely Not a former library book. There is a price of $2.00 on the front DJ. The dust jacket is about 99% intact with light chipping on the spine edges and a couple of short (half-inch) closed tears and crease marks on the top of the front. I have placed the DJ in a fresh mylar jacket. We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box!
