FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING OF THE FIRST BOOK IN ENGLISH ON TELEVISION.The FIRST edition of the VERY FIRST book written on television (This publication is considered to be the first English language book in the world written exclusively on the subject of television.) ,published in 1926 as a sixty-two page paperback with card covers. Gives brief history of TV experimentation to that date, and ends with a detailed explanation of the Baird mechanical system. It features TWELVE illustrations from photographic prints and interestingly one of them is " The first photograph ever taken by television in the world's history .This is an untouched print of a photograph of the image which appeared on the screen of the first Televisor."
