About This Item

New York: Viking Press, 1966. Very good + in a very good jacket.. First edition of this collection of Moore's poems and prose works, written between 1957 and 1966. hardcover. 8vo. Bright blue cloth spine over grey marbled paper boards. In black and blue dust jacket. Front flap price-clipped. Light shelfwear/scuffing to edges. Original bookseller label affixed to rear paste-down. Very good plus in very good jacket. Laid in are two brief correspondence from Moore. The first a letter to her from a librarian requesting permission to send a book for signing, with a brief response from Moore and signed by her. And a similar postcard from the same sender, with Moore's one word response and signature. The book, however, is unsigned and apparently never sent.
