This narrative of the Kiowas, a proud, fierce and trustworthy Indians of the Southwest, is based on oral literature passed on by the elders. Text in 4 parts: Part I, The Time When There Were Plently of Buffalor; II, The Time When Buffalo Were Going; III, The Time When Buffalo Were Gone; and, IV, Modern Times, followed by the Kiowa Calenders.
