About This Item
Toronto: Ryerson, 1946. Book. Near Fine. Hardcover. Inscribed by Author(s). First Printing of the First Edition. Fine but for a small tape stain, leached from the jacket, at the top of front cover, and slightest traces of edgewear. The jacket has been tape reinforced along the interior of bottom edge, and top of spine. Jacket was also taped to the book, leaving remnants of tape on flaps. See photos. Front endpaper is inscribed in Page's hand " Dorothy Dee ". This was Dorothy Livesay's copy, obviously given to her by P.K. Page. There is also a clipping of a short poem laid in, that may have been a joke..
