Paris: Ar. Guernot, 1880. First edition. Hardcover. Green buckram. Very good. Folio, 45 x 31. Lithographic title page to each part of this three volume set with a total of 81 sepia colored lithographic plates. This is an extended set or series with the plates numbered very erratically. Interior designs from Louis LIII through Louis XVI, and a few from an earlier period. Ex-library with a few small round blind stamps at margin head fore-edge not affecting the images. All plates very clean and fresh, modest rubbing to extremities and corners.
