Full blue cloth with gilt lettering and box on spine, Bottom of spine bumped, book is slightly cocked with webbing visible at gutter of the title page, jacket has been price-clipped, there is moderate wear at the extremities. Overall a VERY GOOD book in a VERY GOOD dust jacket. From the Terrace is a 1960 motion picture directed by Mark Robson and starring Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward, Myrna Loy, Barbara Eden, Ina Balin, Leon Ames. The screenplay was written by Ernest Lehman based on the 1958 novel by John O'Hara that tells the story of a wealthy Pennsylvania boy who goes to New York City and marries into an even wealthier family. After his marriage begins to collapse, he returns to his hometown and finds a new romance. . First Edition. Full Cloth. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.
