A truly scarce volume in the first state; the second state featured a corrected black and white title label applied to the front wrapper, in a run of 747 copies. Krumhansl 27a; Dorbin A11; Morrow & Cooney 30a. Wrappered Issue, First State, one of 18 copies with "Street" mis-spelled "Sreet" on the front wrapper. Octavo (21.75cm); red wrappers, with titling and border printed in black; [8],89,[3]pp; illus. Publisher's black and white title label with corrected spelling laid in. Tiny tear to right edge of rear wrapper, else a fresh, Fine copy.
