Dallas: Pepper Jones Martinez, Inc., Publishers, 1970. Graphic Novels. Illus. by Jack Patton. Fine. Hardcover. First Edition/First Printing. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. A square solid tight clean as new copy still shrink-wrapped as issued by the publisher. This copy includes a Certificate Of Authenticity with the publisher's Corporate Seal stating that this is an exact replica of 1928 edition and that the printing plates have now been destroyed. Texas History Movies first appeared in the Dallas Morning News in comic/serial form in 1926. In 1928 it was published in softcover form, was sponsored by the Magnolia Gasoline Company and distributed to schools free of charge. Some time after that it was judged to be quite racist, although it may not have been on purpose. You judge. A shrink-wrapped copy as issued by the publisher. A visit to yester-year.
