Page edges have some foxing, as do a few pages on front and rear of book. Fold out Literary Map of Texas attached to rear paste down paper is intact. Dust jacket is simple brown paper with price on front panel. Top edge of spine and front panel has some chipping with some loss. Bottom rear corner of spine has a small chip. There are a few small spots. Now in protective cover.
