About This Item
London: Faber & Faber, 1970. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Fine/Fine. 8vo., 95pp. Beautiful First Edition, bound in green cloth with titles in gilt on spine. Square, tight and clean throughout with some minor wear bottom edges and tips. Small smudge on the half-title page. No toning. Sharp, unfaded and unclipped dust-jacket, (22s £1.10net), has a hint of rubbing but is fresh and bright with no chipping, creases or tears. A gorgeous collectable copy of the author's acclaimed, and quite uncommon, first book.
