Boards show a few patches of color loss at top of front and rear boards, with light shelfwear, and a few spots of minor soiling along textblock edges. Unclipped jacket has a short closed tear at top of rear panel, several very short closed tears at base of spine, and light browning to the rear panel. Repricing sticker on front flap. A very good (+) copy of this elusive hardcover edition of Habermas' masterwork of social theory, as translated by Thomas McCarthy.
