Good. 0x0x0. 90th ed., 1869, A.S.Barnes & Co.; 358 p., plus 35-page catalog of other books offered by publisher in many interesting series, all pages clean and unmarked except the upper margin of preface, which bears the signature of former owner; t.p. has miniscule closed tear at upper margin; and a page of advertising preceding t.p. has small open tear at upper corner--however paper is strong, of good quality , unfoxed and only very mildly age-toned.Binding is firm; maroon boards show slight bumping and rubbing at crown and foot of spine, which has tarnished gilt lettering; the front board is blind-stamped with emblem having letters reading "Teachers' Library.
