About This Item

New York: Farrar, Straus & Cudahy, 1958. First Edition . Hardcover. Good+/Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 124pp. Ex-library, though no library markings to cloth and penciled call letters have been neatly erased on front free endpaper, with only minor impressions remaining. A hint of a bump to upper corner of front board. Small, faint soiled spot to lower front board. Text clean. Short creases to extremities of a few pages. Binding sound. Sticker to lower spine of dust-jacket, with some light wear in places to jacket (mainly extremities), which is covered in a clear protective cover from when it was in a monastic library. Jacket is attached to plastic with clear tape on the "inside" of jacket. If the plastic cover is removed, it would leave several small pieces of clear tape behind. Overall, a good, clean, sound copy
