Boston: Crosby and Nichols, 1863. Cloth. Fair. Brown cloth decorated in blind. 468 pp. With a few black and white illustrated plates. 19th century edition of this classic collection of myths/tales. FAIR/GOOD condition. Uneven fading, toning, soiling and minor staining to the covers. Cloth worn along the edges. Several ownership signatures in the interior. Front interior hinge loose, with rear interior hinge cracked and separated from the binding. Scattered minor foxing and soiling in the interior. Binding a bit shaken, with several page gatherings protruding from the text block.
