Essays on governors Harrison Reed of Florida (1868-1872) Henry Clay Warmoth of Louisiana (1868-1872) and Adelbert Ames of Mississippi (1872-1876). FYI, ownership signature is Alexander Saxton, very likely the historian of "Indispensable Enemy" (1975), a pioneering study in Asian Americana.
