D.J. IS VERY GOOD WITH SOME LOSS AT THE ENDS OF THE SLIGHTLY FADED SPINE PANEL WITHOUT EFFECT TO THE SPINE TITLES, SMALL LOSS TO THE FORE-EDGE CORNERS WITH A NUMBER OF SHORT EDGE TEARS, SOME LIGHT SOIL TO THE WHITE REAR PANEL, AND IS NOT PRICE-CLIPPED. DESPITE NOTED FLAWS A VERY NICE CLEAN, BRIGHT, UNFADED COPY WITH NO REMAINDER MARK. Collects three novellas: "Double Indemnity," "Career in C Major," and "The Embezzler." The first was scripted by Billy Wilder and Raymond Chandler and was to become a cornerstone of film noir genre after it's 1944 debut. "The Embezzler" was released as "Money and The Woman" in 1940 directed by William K. Howard. .
