Time and Again: An Illustrated Novel by Finney, Jack - 1970

New York: Simon and Schuster, 1970 Jack Finney (1911-1995) was an American author probably most famous for the book The Body Snatchers from 1954. It later was later turned into the movie The Invasion of the Body Snatchers. In Time and Again, Simon Morley travels back to 1880 Manhattan Island to make some adjustments to history. Binding is black cloth with gold lettering on front board and spine. Bumping at spine but otherwise a very clean book. This is a book club even though a price shows on the dust jacket and the copyright page mentions first edition; the number 1521 is printed on the back of jacket, and "Broadway from 23rd to 8th" is printed at bottom of front flap. The jacket has no tears but is chipped at top and bottom of spine and extremities. Repairs and reinforcements have been made. 399 pages
