London: Neville Spearman, 1956. Nice copy in its first printing. Neatly inscribed by author on front endpaper: "For Margaret from Henry Miller 10/20/56". Scarce without signature. Red textured boards with gold lettering on spine. Clean, unmarked and square. Price intact jacket has fairly small area along front fold damaged by insect but not seen as hidden in fold. Jacket has tiny chip and very faint foxing to small area but otherwise quite nice. IN mylar. . Signed by Author. First British Edition. Hardcover. Very Good Plus/Very Good Plus to Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
